Every home begins with a conversation. We learn about your vision, lifestyle, location, budget, and goals. This step allows us to determine if Iron Horse Homes is the right fit and begin shaping the direction of your custom home.
We collaborate with you and the design team to refine architectural plans, establish a construction budget, select major materials and finishes, evaluate site conditions, and develop a preliminary construction schedule.
Once design and budget are finalized, we enter into a construction agreement outlining the scope of work, cost structure, construction timeline, payment draw schedule, and warranty expectations.
With planning complete, construction begins. Iron Horse Homes manages every stage — site preparation, foundation, framing, mechanical systems, interior finishes, and quality inspections throughout the build.
As the home nears completion, we walk the property together to review each space, demonstrate systems, and document any final adjustments to ensure every detail meets our standards.
Once the home is complete and ready, we hand over the keys. Iron Horse Homes provides a comprehensive warranty and continued support to ensure your home performs exactly as intended for years to come.
